University-Owned Rental Properties
The University of Michigan owns approximately 33 properties such as apartments and houses, furnished and unfurnished, available to rent on a yearly basis to full-time faculty, staff and graduate students.

Retirement Housing
The University of Michigan does not own or operate any such facility, although private facilities are developing.
