Faculty and Staff Off-Campus Services 
Located in 1011 SAB, the Off-Campus Housing Program serves both the university community and the local landlord population in support of helping U of M students locate affordable and safe rental housing near campus.  The program maintains on-line listings of available houses and apartments in the area, as well as numerous publications, information on how to find housing, and a detailed map of the Ann Arbor area.  While primarily aimed at the student population, the listings and publications are available to all members of the community.  Off-Campus advisors can assist faculty and staff members via phone, e-mail or in person in locating rental housing.  The program does not, however, offer assistance in purchasing homes or condominiums. Additional services related to mediation and dispute resolution are available only to students.
