Conflict ResolutionThe Housing Information Office provides advising and conflict resolution services for students living off-campus. If you experience a problem with your landlord, neighbors, subtenants or roommates, you can call 763-3205 to speak with a Housing Advisor. He/she will help as a guide to resolving the conflict. If initial attempts to solve the problem don't work, you will be offered the use of mediation, a formal problem solving process that has proven a success at achieving mutually satisfactory written agreements.
