Discrimination

An illegal practice in which a landlord alters his standard procedures due to an applicant’s and/or a tenant’s race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion, gender, sexual orientation (including sexual harassment), familial status (presence of children under age of 18), marital status, height/weight, mental or physical limitations, source of income, gender identity, educational association, or HIV status; prejudiced or prejudicial outlook, action or treatment.
